Cancellation or Changes by registered attendees.

Payment is non-refundable for cancellations or reschedules made within 15 business days from the course start date and for No-Shows (attendees who do not attend class).

For reschedules made within 15 business days from a course start date, attendees must reschedule immediately for a current, published course, up to a maximum of 60 days from the original date.

Public and Private Instructor-Led Training - Attendee Materials:

Attendee courseware is available digitally through an Event Learning Subscription (ELS). The ELS includes five (5) bonus content hours to explore additional topics included in the Event Learning Subscription. Attendee course/exercise guides are now Read Only for the duration of the 90-days (unless otherwise specified) period and are not downloadable.

Self-Paced Training: Online self-paced training cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Private Training

Applicable fees based on date of cancellation or rescheduling request (measured from the first day of the training):

More than 15 business days – no charge

10-14 business days – 25% of the total class fee

Cancellations made within 10 or fewer business days – 100% of the total class fee

Reschedules to a future date made within 10 or fewer business days – 25% penalty

The fees charged for onsite training classes upon cancellation/rescheduling are based on committed instructor time, non-refundable travel and accommodation expenses, and equipment charges.

Substitutions

Attendee substitutions are accepted with at least 3 days’ notice before the class begins, provided the substitute meets the course prerequisites. Substitute attendees will be bound to the same Terms and Conditions as the original enrolment.

Cancellation or Changes by Vendor

If it is necessary for Xelware or one of its partners to reschedule a class, at least a two-week notice is normally provided. In the event of a cancellation, a full course refund is issued. Xelware and its partners are not responsible for non-refundable travel fees incurred as a result of these cancellations.

Recording or videotaping of any training delivery is prohibited.
