This course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to implement and manage Windows 11 in various organizational environments. Participants will learn about the new features and enhancements in Windows 11 and gain practical experience in installing, configuring, and managing Windows 11-based systems. • Utilize local configuration tools, Windows Admin Center, and PowerShell to configure Windows 11 devices.

• Establish and troubleshoot network connectivity, including name resolution and remote access features.

• Manage storage solutions, including local storage and Storage Spaces, to optimize performance and redundancy.

• Configure file access, shared folders, Work Folders, and printer management to maintain efficient resource sharing.

• Deploy and manage applications, control access to the Microsoft Store, and configure Microsoft Edge for organizational needs.

• Implement security measures such as User Account Control, BitLocker, and Windows 11 security features to protect against threats.

• Monitor system performance and health, and apply optimization techniques to maintain optimal Windows 11 operation.

• Troubleshoot common startup issues, recover the Windows 11 operating system, manage devices and drivers, and understand the Windows Registry.

• Implement file recovery techniques to safeguard against data loss and ensure business continuity.

This course is aimed at IT professionals who support Windows 11 desktops, devices, users, and associated network and security resources. The secondary audience for this course is Desktop/Device Support Technicians (DSTs) who provide Tier 2 support to users with computers that are running the Windows 11 operating system (OS) in a on-premises environment.

Course Project:
